The pros and cons of the settlement of disputes system in football and basketball were presented by Ivan Gazidis, José María Cruz de Andés, Dr. Michael Gerlinger, Dr. Dirk-Reiner Martens and Andreas Zagklis in front of 130 participants from 25 countries.
A round table discussion with Prof. Dr. Antonio Rigozzi, Daniel Lorenz Pereira, Herbert Fischer-Solms and Dr. Dirk-Reiner Martens, which was moderated by Jessica Sturmberg, debated the role of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) as the highest instance in international sport.
