In the past years, Martens Rechtsanwälte hosted four very successful anti-doping forums with well-known speakers from politics, economics, science and sports.
Together with our partners, FC Bayern Muenchen AG and European Club Association (ECA), we will focus on another topic this year, which has recently been an issue in the media and the public: disputes in international sports.
We will discuss the different approaches using the examples of football and basketball. Moreover, we will take a close look at the role of the Court of Arbitration for Sport as the highest judicial instance for dispute resolution in international sports.
